ABSTRACT
An 83-year-old woman was admitted to the department of internal medicine with the symptoms of bradycardia due to hyperkalemia in the course of using spironolacton, the inhibitor of the angiotensin converting enzyme and supplementation of the potassium. The treatment of atropine, the periodic intracardiac electric stimulation, insulin with glucose, furosemid were used, and normalization of potassium, heart rhythm and regression of symptoms were obtained.
